See you at the 2008 Formula 1 ING Australian Grand Prix and look out for GPTV on the Big Screens.
Powerhouse entertainer Vanessa Amorosi will join KISS as a special musical guest at the 2008 FORMULA 1™ ING Australian Grand Prix.
The acclaimed Melbourne singer will also perform the Australian national anthem to race goers and a massive worldwide audience before the running of the Formula One race on Sunday, 16 March.
The singer and her band will then be the special guests playing before KISS at the spectacular concert to close the event on Sunday evening.
“Having raced cars before and being a huge Grand Prix fan, I am excited to be singing the national anthem and to be performing at the post-race Kiss concert,” said Vanessa. “If pre-season testing is any indication, Mark Webber could be a real chance of a podium. I'll be trackside, cheering him on along with the rest of the crowd!"
KISS and Vanessa Amorosi are just two of the big names added to the GP entertainment line-up for 2008.
Organisers have also teamed up with Future Entertainment to present Sidetracked – a brand new dance party space at this year’s Grand Prix. Future Entertainment is behind the hugely successful Summadayze dance party.
Sidetracked will feature a top-notch line-up of local and international DJ and music talent including The Cat Empire, Carl Cox, The Potbelleez and Norman Jay.
